You want someone to idolize?
Start watching what Emma Watson is doing.
I’ve backed her for years now, yes we’ve all had a little bit of a crush on her, BUT why she’s always impressed me is her level of maturity along with how well spoken and intelligent she is.
Instead of just moving from child actor straight into young hollywood, she opted to put a career on hold to pursue her education (at one of the most prestigious schools in America I might add) and have somewhat of a normal (late) teenage life.
Now she’s working on what her legacy will be and it’s not based on the movies she’s starred in, it’s based on what she will do as a human (and what we can all do) to change future generations.
We all deserve a chance at happiness and being treated fair (whatever that may be in each of our worlds) regardless of our gender, race, religion, beliefs etc. This week was just another step towards that by a well spoken, hard working woman. I back it all. #heforshe
My attitude and patience are just not what they once were.
I’ve gotten short and shitty with people at times.
It’s not fair to them and it’s not fair to me.
A lot has gone on in my life over the last 2 years.
Just because I’m dealing with my shit, doesn’t give me the right to project that at or on others.
Again, it’s just not fair.
Seriously time to take a look in the mirror and get things back to where they were, on a lot of different levels.
If I don’t, there’s just not an amazing future ahead for me.
